Founder-led design and engineering studio

Websites, online shops and software built around the real problem.

Streetline designs and builds websites, ecommerce, web applications and operational tools for businesses whose needs go beyond a template. One founder stays responsible from the first conversation to launch.

Problems Streetline solves

Start with what isn’t working.

You do not need to know yet whether the answer is a website, an app or a change to how something runs. Describe the symptom. The right build follows from it.

  1. 01

Customers can’t tell what to buy.

The products are good, but the website leaves people to work out the differences on their own.

    What gets built

  2. 02

People keep asking staff for things they could find themselves.

Directions, service details and next steps are explained again and again because the information is not where people look.

    What gets built

  3. 03

Customers need to trust you before they get in touch.

Services are hard to compare, claims have not been checked, and the enquiry form asks the wrong questions.

The website works, but it doesn’t feel like the business.

A template makes a distinctive brand look like everyone else.

Work still runs on spreadsheets, inboxes and copying between tools.

Quotes, bookings, records and updates depend on someone remembering to move information by hand.

How Streetline works

One route from the problem to something that works.

Understand the problem where it happens, agree the most useful first step, test the risky part early, then build only what has earned the investment. Open any stage to see what happens in it.

How Streetline works: Discover, Define, Prototype, Build, ProveA process map. Friction on the left — confusion, lost demand, manual work, guesswork — converges into five stages: Discover, Define, Prototype, Build and Prove. Prove branches into three outcomes: clearer journeys, less manual work and better decisions. Each stage is a control that reveals what happens inside it.01Discover02Define03Prototype04Build05Prove

The full route

Follow the route from an unclear brief to a focused scope, a working test and, where justified, a dependable production build.

  • Clearer journeysCustomers can find, understand and complete the next step with less uncertainty.
  • Less manual workStaff spend less time explaining, copying information and working around disconnected processes.
  • Better decisionsUseful signals show what is working, where people still struggle and what deserves attention next.

Where you can start

Budget is discussed privately. If a full build is not the right first step, Streetline will say so and suggest a smaller one.

  1. Starts at 01 · Discover

    Discovery & decision brief

You can see the problem but not yet the right fix.

A map of the current journey or workflow · A clear problem definition · Priorities and trade-offs · A recommended first phase

  2. Starts at 03 · Prototype

    Focused prototype or pilot

You have an idea that needs testing before a full budget.

One core journey, working · A realistic test with real people · A build, change or stop recommendation

  3. Starts at 04 · Build

    Production build

You know what is needed and want it built properly.

Design · Engineering · Integrations · Testing · Launch preparation

  4. Starts at 05 · Prove

    Support & improvement

It is already live and needs to work harder.

Measurement · Maintenance · Accessibility checks · Search and content support · Iteration

The studio

Work directly with the person responsible for the outcome.

Streetline is led by Timothy Arole, who handles the strategy, design and engineering. The person you first explain the problem to is the person who designs and builds the answer, so nothing is lost passing a brief from a salesperson to a designer to a developer.

Specialists are brought in only when the work genuinely needs them, and you will know who they are and why.

Bring the part of the business that is not working as it should.

Describe where customers lose confidence, where staff repeat avoidable work or where the current setup keeps being patched. You do not need to arrive with a finished solution.
